Management Menu
This menu contains commands to open Budget and Estimate related screens. This menu contains the following commands:
- Budget-Opens the Budget screen, which enables you to set up budgets and track the expected revenue or cost of a project against the actual.
- Estimate-Opens the Estimate screen that allows you to draft the expected costs and incomes for a project.
- Fee Schedule-Opens Fee Schedule screen that enables you to create unique fee structures for projects that override employee and activity bill and cost rates.
- Expense Fee Schedule-Opens Expense Fee Schedule screen which is used to define specific expense rates that are then assigned to projects.
- Assign-Opens Assign screen. This screen enables you to assign a budget, estimate, Service Fee Schedule or Expense Fee Schedule to one or more projects.
- Project Control-Opens Project Control screen. Project Control gives you the ability to assign activities, expenses and employees to specific projects.
- Allocate-Opens Allocate screen. Using the Allocate feature in Web Suite, you can define hours-to-complete (activities or their groups) and units to incur (expenses or their groups) for employees and teams (employee groups).
- Project Notes-Opens a submenu from where you can access Project Notes screen.
- Currency Manager-Opens Currency Manager screen. This feature enables you to bill your foreign clients in their currency values, making invoicing and payments easier.
