You can view the time and expense entries of the selected vendor and other related information in the Vendor Time and Expense Details screen. It enables you to directly create a vendor bill from time and expense entries.
Web Suite does not show the time and expense entries linked to credit
cards and checks on this screen; therefore, you cannot create vendor bills
from them.
The grid displays the following fields:
INCL:
Select a check box to choose a particular entry.
Project ID:
Displays the ID of the Project to which the entry belongs.
Item ID:
Displays the ID of the service or expense item recorded for the entry.
Units/Hrs:
Displays the number of units or hours recorded for the entry.
Rate:
Shows the cost charged per unit or hour of expense or service item.
Vendor Time and Expense Details Button Panel
Show Filters:
Use this option to view selective time and expense entries instead of all billed and unbilled items.
Billed:
Select to view billed time and expense entries recorded by the vendor.
Un-Billed:
Select to view unbilled time and expense entries recorded by the vendor. These items may or may not be approved.
Un-Billed Approved:
Select to view unbilled and approved time and expense entries recorded by the vendor. This is the most useful option for creating vendor bills based on time and expenses.
Refresh:
Click to update the displayed list with the most recent time and expense entries.
Help:
Opens the Web Suite Help in this section.
OK:
Click to create a vendor bill for the selected entries.
Return:
Click to close the screen.
