The Supervisor sets up the company file and assigns passwords and access rights to the users. By default, your password is the same as your Employee ID. It is highly recommended that the employee passwords be changed after security has been established. Web Suite enables changing password at individual user level and at the supervisor level. The supervisor has the privilege to change password for all users and can do so from the security screen.

 

The following information describes the fields on the Passwords screen used to change a Web Suite user's password. Only a supervisor, or a user with the necessary security access for this screen, can change passwords. To access this screen, select Settings > Password.

 

User ID:

Enter the ID of the user whose password is to be changed.

 

Old Password:

Enter the old password.

 

New Password:

Enter the new password you want to keep.

 

Confirm Password:

Enter the new password again for confirmation.

Save:

Click to save the changes made.

 

Close:

Click to return to the Web Suite home pages without saving your changes.
