The Memo screen enables your to add or edit memo notes. A memo can also be created when the invoice is processed in Billing Review screen. If the invoice memo exists, it will be brought forward here. Memo can be added or edited for unprinted invoices only. Web Suite enables you to maintain memos at two levels for invoices-First Memo and Second Memo-by providing the option of an additional memo box. The memo can be applied to the invoice that is selected from the Invoice Review grid.
